Rooms:We only feature beachfront suites & rooms with large bathroom and verandah, offering Spectacular Ocean and beach views. Comfortable beds (King or two singles). Hardwood and rattan furniture, Italian tiles.

Each resort suite has a small, complete kitchen, sleeps 1-2 on the sofa.


Rental:Owners have the option to rent out the villas during their absence. In the event the villa is rented to Paradise Bay, whether full or part time, a fixed cost will be charged, of US $1,950.00, per year during the first 10 years of the agreement. There is a surcharge of US $425.00 per year for the rooms with air conditioning units and jacuzzi’s (the Honeymoon category). After the first 10 years Paradise Bay makes a proposal for the next 10 years. Should this proposal not be accepted by the owner, the maintenance will be performed by Paradise Bay on a case by case basis and billed to the owner. Maintenance of the villas include painting, repairs to and replacement of the plumbing and electrical systems and appliances that were installed at purchase of the villas as well as repairs to the buildings and replacement of worn items.
