A three storey reinforced concrete framed structure constructed in 2000. The structural design has built-in capacity for the addition of a fourth storey.

The upper floor and the first lower floor each occupy an area of 4,051 square feet while the second lower floor is 2,525 square feet. The floor at road entrance level has offices that are out-fitted with high quality commercial finishes. The other floor are below road and house a storage area for construction materials and also an industrial workshop.

Windows are glazed steel frames and internal doors are of solid timber.

The upper floor has a dropped ceiling of acoustic tiles. The floor of the reception area and main administrative have quality non-slip ceramic tiles, while the other areas are covered with commercial grade vinyl tile. The two lower floors are of finished with screed concrete slabs.

Site improvements include concrete retaining walls, wire fencing, parking and large turning bays.
